HEALTH CERTIFICATE

The puppy sold pursuant to this guarantee is warranted to be in good health to the best of the sellers' knowledge at the time of the sale.  Said warranty as to the health of the purchased puppy shall continue from the time of the sale for forty eight hours thereafter, during which time the puppy should be checked by a licensed veterinarian of the buyer’s choice.  Should the puppy be determined to be in ill health and the cause of such illness can be directly related to the sellers conduct, the puppy may be returned for a full refund of purchase price or exchange for another puppy of equal value, if available.  In order to claim a refund or exchange of puppy, buyer must provide sufficient documentation from the examining veterinarian concerning evidence of the puppy's illness.  In any event the puppy must be returned to the seller within two days of the date of purchase.

It is agreed between the parties that the seller assumes no responsibility for the puppy after it leaves the sellers premises to include but not limited to:  medical expenses, mortality, landlord disapproval, allergy to other animals or children, disagreement of family members, or any other reason.

Seller guarantees for twelve months that this puppy is free from hip dysplasia.  Any unhealthy puppy shall be returned to seller.  The puppy will be veterinarian checked by seller’s veterinarian of choice to confirm diagnosis.  A copy of the veterinarian report must be provided to the sellers to prove the nature of the fault.  Minor irregularities will not be covered.  In addition, buyer must have proof that the fault is caused by the seller and not due to buyer injury or improper care.  Buyer agrees not to jump on, ride, or drop puppy.  Buyer agrees to give vaccines on schedule and feed a good quality large breed dog food. If puppy is confirmed with hip dysplasia, it will be put down and a replacement puppy of seller’s choice will be provided to buyer at no cost.
